2020年两会之声中国国际书画艺术名家献礼两会——梁启清

书画是一个国家的名片,一个民族的象征,书画是民族复兴的体现,也是日常生活美好的表现。推动文化创新发展,最根本是-创作出无愧于我们这个伟大的中华民族,伟大时代的优秀作品。真正的书画家,既是优秀文化的继承者,又是发扬者,开拓者。

梁启清,男,广东省湛江吴川市人,出生于1945年,2005年受湛江市政府、湛江市湖光岩风景名胜区管理局聘请,承担中国雷琼AAAA级世界地质公园湛江湖光岩风景名胜区申世工程大型建筑雕塑项目火山博物馆,有80米长,4.8米高的湛江湖光岩故事浮雕壁画,东大门的千年古榕,13米高龙鱼,22米长、18米宽、6米高、400吨重的万寿神龟,(申报吉尼斯纪录)2007年建造的12.8米高双面望湖观音、望海观音、美貌端庄、如意吉祥,吸引众多络绎不绝的游客。1999年海南省三亚市政府,天涯海角旅游发展有展公司聘请梁启清雕塑鹿回头公园,九九国际婚礼节5.5米高月老像。

梁启清是我国著名的建筑雕塑大师。此外他制作的中国历史文化名人墨宝笔筒,在外交活动中作为礼物赠与国际友人,为中外友好交流作出了贡献。他的雕塑巨作得到国家的认可和联合国教科文组织第五任地质科学院院长赵逊,德国世界地质科学家麦基维博士的高度赞赏。梁启清大师不但在建筑雕塑技艺大有成就,他的书画作品在艺术界也独领风骚,得到各个国家领导人的大家赞赏。他的书画作品修炼功底深厚,章法与众不同,被誉为当代书画界改革先锋人物,一带一路文化交流大使。书体章法结构大气,字画端庄秀丽,气势磅礴,技艺独一无二,双笔挥洒出神入化,楷书、行书、隶书、篆书、笔峰豪放,运笔流畅,楹联诗章,独具一格,大方得体,综历代文化精髓,创作个人作品,独树一帜,不愧称为中华民族艺坛巨匠。他是不可多得的德艺双馨书画艺术人材。梁启清的一生都扑在艺术事业上,刻苦钻研,而且练就双笔同书高难度大美作品。在艺术道路上,继承传统文化,在当代书画界以及工艺美术的创新硕果累累。

梁启清的诗章是采用中国上下五千年文化精髓。汉代我国文化最为昌盛时期的风水瓦当格局图案为图章,其中采用两个,一个是青龙星座,一个是朱雀星座。圆章作固定书画格局风水定位,诗句楹联豪迈大气,吉祥和谐,意思是中国龙凤传人的艺术,一个是国宝铜马踏飞燕的方章,寓意作品传遍世界,还有一个长形的篆体文昌艺术章,文昌帝君文曲星是人间文神,凡是读书人、文化人都供奉他,以祐功名成就、状元及第、金榜题名。这枚章都是出自他的手笔,纯手工用水仲木雕刻出来的。梁启清的书法印章、笔、砚是经过世界地质公园湛江湖光岩望海观音、望湖观音开光时邀请美国纽约中华佛教协会会长和湖光岩椤严寺主持释清海大师开光点赞过,佛光普照,灵笔生辉。

2012年参加湛江市首届民俗绝技魅力湛江、双笔同书;五年崛起、幸福湛江获银奖。被吸纳为中国工艺美术协会会员。2014年双笔同书颂中华楹联工艺、一柱擎天开国运、双毫献礼颂中华,参加中国广州民间工艺博览会山花奖获铜奖,会展期间安排现场挥毫表演双笔同书技艺,并评为广东省优秀民间文艺家。

2016年中华民族历代名圣清风廉政雕塑系列,陈兰彬、林绍棠、孔子墨宝筒参加中国广东民间工艺博览会获银奖。2017年创作香文化的中国梦、观音送子、麒麟送子、弥勒笑佛等浮雕装饰工艺荣获中国(深圳)国际文化产业博览交易会冬季工艺美术精品展获铜奖。被评为湛江市首届民间艺术大师,被吸纳为中国民间文艺家协会会员。

2018年首届中国书法院杯全国书法大赛获银奖,被评为全国书法精英人物,作品参加东方红伟人颂全国诗书画大赛荣获金奖。2019年作品参加全国第七届“共筑中国梦全国诗书画大赛”获金奖,授予当代红色艺术家荣誉称号。作品参加第十届羲之杯全国诗书画大赛获二等奖。作品参加第三届“一带一路、中华国礼杯”全国书画大赛获金奖,并授予“一带一路先锋人物”荣誉称号。

现为中国书法院院士,北京华夏兰亭书画院客座教授,庐山毛体书画院高级研究员,中国书画名家协会会员,华夏博学国际文化交流中心会员,中国诗书画家网书画研究院副院长,中国书画职称评定中心评定为国家一级书法师,国家一级美术师。评估其书法作品每平方尺为12000—18000元(人民币)。评估其国画作品每平方尺为28000—36000元(人民币)。北京华夏邦交国礼国际品牌推广中心评定其为中华国礼书画家,中华国礼工艺美术家。书法作品国内市场每平方尺30000—36000元(人民币)。国际市场为4500—5400(美元),国画作品为60000—66000(人民币),国际市场为每平方尺9000—9900(美元)。

现正准备申报国家级文化创作专利及申报文化传承非物质文化遗产。莫道高堂存瑰宝,安知乡野有奇葩。梁启清正是一枝这样的中华民族,五千年民族文化的继承传统、创新、独具一格的艺术奇葩。

Calligraphy and painting are the name cards of a country and the symbol of a nation. Calligraphy and painting are the embodiment of the rejuvenation of a nation and the beautiful expression of daily life. To promote cultural innovation and development, the most fundamental thing is to create outstanding works worthy of our great Chinese nation and era. The real calligrapher and painter is not only the successor of excellent culture, but also the developer and pioneer. Liang Qiqing, male, born in Wuchuan City, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, was engaged by the Zhanjiang Municipal Government and the Zhanjiang Huguangyan Scenic Area Administration in 2005 to undertake the Volcano Museum, a large-scale architectural sculpture project of the Shenshi Project of the Zhanjiang Huguangyan Scenic Area, AAAA World Geopark in Lei Qiong, China. The museum has 80-meter-long, 4.8-meter-high relief murals of Zhanjiang Huguangyan stories, 1,000-year-old banyan trees at the east gate, and 13-meter-high dragon fish. The 22-meter-long, 18-meter-wide, 6-meter-high, 400-ton Wanshou Tortoise (reported to Guinness Book of Records) was built in 2007 with a 12.8-meter-high double-sided view of the Lake Guanyin and the Sea Guanyin, which are dignified in beauty and lucky in luck, attracting numerous tourists. In 1999, Sanya Municipal Government of Hainan Province, Tianya Haijiao Tourism Development Exhibition Company hired Liang Qiqing to sculpt Luhuitou Park, a 5.5-meter-high moon statue of the 1999 International Wedding Festival. Liang Qiqing is a master of Chinese architectural sculpture. In addition, the pen container made by Mo Bao, a famous Chinese historical and cultural figure, was presented as a gift to international friends in diplomatic activities, contributing to friendly exchanges between China and foreign countries. His great sculpture has been recognized by the state and highly appreciated by Zhao Xun, the fifth president of UNESCO's academy of geological sciences, and dr mckevey, a german world geological scientist. Master Liang Qiqing not only made great achievements in architectural sculpture skills, but also led the art world in his calligraphy and painting works, which were praised by leaders of various countries. His calligraphy and painting works have profound cultivation skills and unique composition. He is praised as a pioneer in the reform of contemporary calligraphy and painting circles and an ambassador for cultural exchange in the belt and road initiative. The calligraphy and painting are dignified and beautiful, majestic, unique in skill, superb in both strokes, bold and unconstrained in regular script, running script, official script, seal script, calligraphy peak, smooth in movement, unique in couplet, poem and chapter, generous and appropriate, and unique in creating personal works, thus being worthy of being called the great master of Chinese art. He is a rare talent in calligraphy and painting with both virtue and skill. Liang Qiqing devoted his whole life to the artistic career, assiduously studied and developed two highly difficult and beautiful works with the same book. On the road of art, he inherited the traditional culture and made great achievements in the field of contemporary painting and calligraphy and in the innovation of arts and crafts. Liang Qiqing's poems are based on the quintessence of China's 5,000-year culture. In the Han Dynasty, when Chinese culture was most prosperous, the pattern of geomantic tiles was used as a seal, of which two were adopted, one was Qinglong constellation and the other was rosefinch constellation. The round seal is used to fix the feng shui orientation of calligraphy and painting. The verse couplet is bold and magnificent, auspicious and harmonious. It means the art of descendants of the dragon and phoenix in China. One is the square seal of a national treasure, the bronze horse stepping on a flying swallow, which symbolizes the spread of works around the world. There is also a long seal of Wenchang Art. Wenchang Emperor Wen Quxing is the god of human culture. All scholars and intellectuals worship him and achieve, champion and to be no.1 in the name of Yougong. This chapter was all written by him and carved out of water and wood by hand. Liang Qiqing's calligraphy seal, pen and inkstone were praised by the Chairman of the Chinese Buddhist Association of new york and the Chairman of Huguangyan Temple, Shi Qinghai, when they passed through the world geological park of Zhanjiang Huguangyan Wanghai Guanyin and Wanghu Guanyin. The Buddha's light shines brightly and the pen is brilliant. In 2012, he took part in Zhanjiang's first unique folk art charm, and wrote the same book in two strokes. Zhanjiang Won Silver Award for Rise and Happiness in Five Years. He was admitted as a member of China Arts and Crafts Association. In 2014, he praised the Chinese couplet craft, the founding of the People's Republic of China with one stroke and one stroke, and presented a tribute to China with two strokes. He took part in the China Guangzhou Folk Craft Fair and won a bronze award. During the fair, he arranged to perform the skills of two strokes and one stroke with one stroke on the spot and was rated as an outstanding folk artist in Guangdong Province. In 2016, the Chinese nation's famous holy Qingfeng clean government sculpture series, Chen Lanbin, Lin Shaotang and Confucius Mo Bao cylinder won the silver medal in the China Guangdong Folk Arts and Crafts Fair. In 2017, China Dream, Guanyin Songzi, Kirin Songzi and Maitreya Laughing Buddha, which create fragrant culture, won the bronze award at the Winter Fine Arts and Crafts Exhibition of China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Expo. He was named the first master of folk art in Zhanjiang city and was admitted as a member of China folk artists association. In 2018, the first China Calligraphy Academy Cup National Calligraphy Competition won a silver medal and was rated as a national calligraphy elite. His works won a gold medal in the Dongfanghong Great Praise National Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2019, his works won the gold medal in the 7th National Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Contest "Building China Dream Together" and was awarded the honorary title of contemporary red artist. His works won the second prize in the 10th Xihe Cup National Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Competition. The work won the gold medal in the third "the belt and road initiative and China Ritual Cup" national painting and calligraphy competition and was awarded the honorary title of "the belt and road initiative Pioneer". Currently, he is an academician of China Calligraphy Academy, visiting professor of Beijing Huaxia Lanting Calligraphy and Painting Academy, senior researcher of Lushan Mountain Mao Style Calligraphy and Painting Academy, member of China Calligraphy and Painting Masters Association, member of Huaxia Learned International Cultural Exchange Center, vice president of China Poetry, Calligraphy and Painters Network Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, and the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Professional Title Evaluation Center is rated as a national first-class calligrapher and national first-class artist. It is estimated that each square foot of his calligraphy works is 12,000-18,000 yuan (RMB). Evaluation of his traditional Chinese painting works is 28000-36000 yuan (RMB) per square foot. The Beijing Huaxia diplomatic ceremony international brand promotion center rated him as a Chinese ceremony calligrapher and painter and a Chinese ceremony arts and crafts artist. The domestic market for calligraphy works is 30000-36000 yuan (RMB) per square foot. The international market is 4500-5400 (US dollars), Chinese painting works are 60000-66000 (RMB), and the international market is 9000-9900 (US dollars) per square foot. At present, we are preparing to apply for national cultural creation patents and apply for cultural heritage intangible cultural heritage. Mo Dao Gao Tang has treasures, Anzhi has exotic flowers in the countryside. Liang Qiqing is just one such Chinese nation, a unique artistic wonder that inherits the tradition, innovation and uniqueness of the national culture for 5,000 years.
